Our Services

What treatments do we offer?

The following are the key areas of treatment within veterinary physiotherapy, and will be what we will focus on during your dog or horse physiotherapy session:

1 / Manual Therapy

This is the use of your hands to manipulate the tissue through massage and stretching. This can help reduce muscle tension, increase tissue temperature, increase tissue elasticity and much more.

2 / Electrotherapy

- LASER (Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation)

- PEMFT (Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy)

- TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation).

These devices all work in their own way to speed the recovery process whilst minimising pain and discomfort.

3 / Remedial Exercise

Remedial exercises are used to promote weight bearing and the overall strength of your dog or horse. An exercise plan will be given to you between physiotherapy sessions to aid with the improvement of your pet.
